At Chocolate Skateboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your deck or apparel isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging; skateboards must be un-gripped and un-skated, and apparel must have all tags attached.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
